Premium Materials: We exclusively use certified yarns from world-renowned suppliers, including Merino wool from Germany's Suedwolle and elastics from LYCRA Company, ensuring that only the best materials go into our products.
Rigorous Quality Control: Our dedicated quality management team conducts stringent inspections at every stage of production—pre-production, during production, and post-production—to ensure that every product meets our high standards before reaching our customers.
Our MOQ is designed to accommodate both small and large-scale needs. Generally, it starts at 1000 pairs per design. However, we are flexible and can discuss lower quantities for specific projects or sample orders.
If samples are in stock, arrange for delivery within 1-2 days.
If there are no samples in stock, arrange for samples of existing yarns, which will take 3-5 days.
If yarns are to be ordered according to customer demand, it takes 2 weeks for ordinary yarns such as polyester and cotton, and 3-4 weeks for wool and wool blends.

Customer satisfaction is paramount at ROCASOCKS. If you're not satisfied with the product quality, please contact us within a specified period after receiving the goods. We will discuss the issues and work on a mutually agreeable solution, including returns, replacements, or refunds.
We accept various payment methods, including T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and PayPal for smaller transactions. Our payment terms are designed to be flexible while ensuring security and convenience for both parties.
Absolutely, merino wool socks are our flagship offering. We specialize in a diverse range of merino wool socks, catering to various outdoor activities like running, climbing, hiking, and skiing. Additionally, we provide classic dress and trendy women's merino wool socks, showcasing the versatility and excellence of our product line.
Most of the Merino wool comes from Australia and New Zealand and some from South Africa. They are then processed and produced in the Südwolle factory in China.
Other yarns such as COOLMAX, THERMOLITE and other functional yarns are imported from the USA.
Other polyester and cotton yarns are sourced from China.
Our Merino wool socks have both RWS certification and non-mulsed wool top certification according to customer requirements.
On the one hand, it can be explained that our yarn comes from Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. On the other hand, our use of wool is benign and humanitarian.
A pair of socks, in addition to using the main yarn, such as cotton yarn, wool yarn, also need elastic support, such as spandex, nylon, rubber. In this way, the socks can be fit and comfortable.
